I brought a warehouse, offices, staff support spaces, and short-term lodging together on a remote site with limited water service while aligning program, code, cost, schedule, long-lead procurement, and permitting.
Cost and program tradeoffs were made clear, then the selected option was coordinated with structural, MEP, fire protection, and civil consultants.
