Property identity + amenity renewal

Clocktower Commons was a repositioning study for an existing multifamily community in Aurora. The work connected a new property identity with clubhouse planning, pool-area improvements, mail and package systems, landscape ideas, and wayfinding. A simple clocktower motif and a restrained palette gave the different pieces a common language.
