Exact Data is important to me less because of one office than because the relationship kept going. The first project led to more than ten commissions across Chicago, Los Angeles, and Boca Raton.

I was the Owner and Lead Designer at Incredible Environments, working directly with the client and handling both design and project delivery.

01THE FIRST PROJECT

The initial brief was straightforward: create a client-facing workplace that worked better and felt like the company.

02ROLE

I handled programming, space planning, interior architecture, FF&E, documentation, coordination, and implementation directly with the client.

03WHY IT CONTINUED

Because I stayed close to both the design and the practical details, each finished project made the next conversation easier.

04OUTCOME

The first commission grew into more than ten projects across Chicago and Los Angeles. For me, that repeat work is the clearest measure of whether the design process actually worked.
